30-day returns
You can return your KEVIN® device or accessories within 30 days of delivery. This voluntary return window applies in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
Statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by email to support@mitipi.com before the deadline expires. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
How to return an item
- Email support@mitipi.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will send you return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, with all accessories, cables and covers included.
- Send the parcel back within 14 days of notifying us. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, the cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer.
Please do not send returns without contacting us first: parcels sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
Condition of returned goods
You may inspect the device as you would in a shop. If the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct a corresponding amount from the refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned goods arriving at our warehouse. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit.
Faulty or damaged items
If your KEVIN® arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact support@mitipi.com without undue delay. Faulty items are repaired or replaced, or refunded if neither is possible, at no cost to you.
Warranty
KEVIN® comes with a 3-year Swiss warranty. The legal guarantee of conformity for goods also applies in accordance with the laws of the country of your habitual residence.
