Where we ship

We ship KEVIN® and accessories to the European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland, and to a number of international destinations. Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Germany and Switzerland.

Every KEVIN® device order qualifies for free shipping within the EU, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland. The applicable rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed and a shipping confirmation when it leaves our warehouse. Deliveries are made to the address you provide at checkout. Please check the contents of your parcel on delivery and report any damage or discrepancy to support@mitipi.com without undue delay.

If a parcel cannot be delivered or collected within the carrier's deadline it is returned to us; we will then contact you to arrange a second delivery. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery attempts from the second attempt onwards are at the customer's expense.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices shown in the store include the applicable VAT of your delivery country where we are registered to charge it. For destinations outside the European Union and Switzerland, import duties or taxes may be charged by the local authorities and are payable by the recipient.
